1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope

By accessing this website, submitting construction or interior design enquiries, or commissioning projects with Golden Space Interior & Construction, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and partners.

2. Estimates, Quotes & Surveys

Any initial construction estimates or cost-per-square-foot quotes provided digitally or verbally are preliminary approximations only. Final project pricing and structural blueprints are subject to:

• A physical on-site survey and dimensional verification by our coordination team.
• Soil bearing capacity tests and structural engineering computations.
• Finalized material specification logs approved and signed off by the client.
• Local municipal and government zoning permits or approvals.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure a seamless turnkey execution, the client is responsible for:

• Providing clear, unencumbered physical access to the building site.
• Confirming property boundary lines, layout legalities, and easements.
• Providing basic infrastructure on-site (such as continuous water supply and temporary power coordinates) necessary to run concrete mixers and machinery during the build.

4. Payments & Material Procurement

Project phases are billed incrementally according to standard milestones (such as Foundation, Superstructure, Brickwork, Plastering, Modular Handover) detailed in the individual contract. Sourced materials (including HDHMR boards, steel reinforcement grades, and plumbing components) will strictly follow the signed material log. No substitutions will be made without written change-order approvals.

5. Limitation of Liability

We execute projects under strict quality control. However, we are not liable for project delays resulting from acts of God, regional extreme monsoons, transportation grid blocks, or delays in government municipal permissions. We are not liable for pre-existing structural flaws in buildings submitted for remodeling or reinforcement before our physical work commenced.
